  • DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING PRIOR TO TREATMENTS?
    Watch for the confirmation text the evening before treatment. Close your windows and doors before treatment. Keep children and pets inside during and approximately 15-30 minutes after treatment.
  • HOW DO TREATMENT PLANS WORK?
    Johnson Mosquito proudly provides a full-service, integrated mosquito management plan that attacks mosquitos at all stages of their life-cycle with a variety of different tactics. Source reduction is the first step with any new property, which includes eliminating existing breeding sites and identifying problem areas. Next, a standard mosquito treatment includes a specialized spray that creates a barrier around your property, as well as treating foliage within it. The spray is focused on mosquito harborage areas, which includes vegetation around your yard, and is designed to kill adult mosquitos, both on contact and residually. Lastly, it's equally important to control immature mosquitos (larvae) before they emerge from a breeding site. Larviciding is included in a standard mosquito treatment and can be installed using multiple different application methods.
  • HOW CAN THE RAIN AND WIND AFFECT TREATMENTS?
    The main products applied are rainfast (resistant to rainfall) after 24 hours and safe to spray in wind speeds up to 10 mph. If rain or high winds are in the forecast, your treatment will be rescheduled.
  • IS IT SAFE FOR MY CHILDREN AND PETS FOLLOWING TREATMENT?
    Yes. Once the spray has dried, typically within 15-30 minutes, your children and pets can safely enjoy the space.
  • WHEN DO TREATMENTS START/END AND HOW FREQUENT ARE RETREATMENTS?
    Exact start and end dates vary year-to-year depending on the weather and change of seasons. Typically, treatments start in early-mid May and end in mid-late September. Retreatments occur monthly, weather pending.

  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

    FAQs can be added to any page on your site or to your Wix mobile app, giving access to members on the go.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
